I agree flipper44, I also believe that ADCs are a new way for big pharma to continue to poison cancer patients, and profit off of toxic treatments, while harming patients’ immune system and its ability to fight cancer.

Just because a monster (chemo) is outfitted in a pretty dress, with a wig and has lipstick on (ADCs), does not mean it is not still a monster.

If I was a solid tumor cancer patient, my first preference would be maximal safe tumor resection, then to be treated with true immunotherapy like DCVax-L and/or DCVax-Direct, a TME pre-conditioning regimen along with immune-boosting agents.
