Also, a reverse split would have to be in the neighborhood of 1 for 20 to move SP up enough for another market. I don't think anyone votes for that. Add to that, continued dilution without news would just drive price down again. More logically, the 900 million shares might be part of deal to takeover another company. Thats only reason that makes sense to me on the number of shares requested. Nothing is off the table though until they see how the market reacts to approval. It looks like they have a plan for multiple scenarios , I hope. Off now to put up christmas decorations.
