Nobody "gives" anything with stocks like this. ...
But, at $10.00, a lender could get short 20 million shares between $10 and $6 and then do a $100 million offering at $5 when they're already hedged.
Go look at all previous reverse splits in biotech stocks. The stock would get crushed, but the company gets the money they need on a good pump and dump and that is all that counts. .. Text book. rinse repeat.
2.6 billion authorized shares at 17 cents eliminates all that.
