No one would give her $100M+ in one lump sum ever. Financing will be in smaller patches so the financiers can dump to bag holders and make money both ways. With large tranches it becomes more risky for LP’s financiers to make money both ways.

It’s a game they have been playing for years! ;)

I think some of the longs will still go short because thats the only way to recover some of their losses. Besides it’s an easy bet! You can expect another 70% downside in the next year or two. It could happen much sooner (in less than 6 months) if the UK rejects the application as I am suspecting.

I also believe L will get rejected in 2026 and LP has known this is coming but she wanted to get next financing out of the way before announcing bad news.
