I'm jumping in at this point not to argue with Ted, but to point out how weird and invalid I think his thought process is. He recently used AI to support his contention that Nokia is the new partner. AI can be wrong and is known to make things up. It may have picked up on the buzz on this board. That doesn't make it fact.

Now he's citing the number of likes Stonkspro got on one of his posts. That's what makes his information definitive? (Hey, I've gotten a lot of likes on some of my posts - does that make me an expert?)

(Tyler, if you're reading this, I'm not criticizing you. I believe you are here with good intentions and will until there's good reason not to. It's just that there is evidence that indicates that the new Stage 3 partner is not Nokia so I'm keeping an open mind. I really would like it if your source is right about Cisco!)

Ted keeps saying that plasmonics are not ready for market - it's years away. He's just parroting Great Pumpkin. Neither GP or Ted has provided any evidence that this is true. It may have been the prevailing opinion some time ago, but is it still valid?. Polariton is publicizing Telcordia testing data. They have a page on their website devoted to it. When I posted about it a while back, there were 3 tests where the they stated "more to come". Now there is only 1. Any company would only do those tests if their device was ready for market - they wouldn't do them if they were years away from commercialization knowing that the devices would be modified along the way. They'd have to run the tests again.

GP also said that Polariton sealed their devices with silicon caps, patterned metal sealing rings or vacuum thermo-compression bonding. None of those are mentioned in Polariton's new patent that shows a "protective layer" that can be deposited using ALD and looks a lot like LWLG's "conformal sealant layer" (see post 225016). This tells me that his information is out of date, and that Polariton, with help from LWLG, is making significant progess toward commercialization.

Neither Ted nor GP has provided any facts disputing the information I've provided. Ted is just going to continue with his "the company lied before so they are probably lying now and I won't ever believe anything they say regardless of the facts because that's what makes sense to me" line of thinking.
