I am STILL willing to suggest that the company may have misled investors with regard to the Fortune Global 500 in the PR, Walter.

Why is that NOT indication of fraud on my part? Because that is their history:

Should I list all of the misleading things they have said over the years now because you conveniently forgot them all? Everyone who has been around and doesn't have amnesia knows I've accurately pinpointed a dozen or more examples of this misleading history in just the last 3 years. The 6-12 month projections by the company failed consistently. You are WRONG to say I try to create doubt that they will ever succeed. My position on 'ever' is AGNOSTIC. I'm just not a guy who is willing to gamble for over a dozen years on a story stock though -- so I analyze the current reality and how well the company meets their shorter term objectives.

Or should I point out that you simply have a psychological need and personal vendetta to get back at me for showing how badly you have been part of this process over the last decade?

Contrary to your suggestion that I should be ashamed - YOU are the one who should be ashamed for distorting and not recognizing REALITY over the last decade, as well as not giving credit where it is due.

You should also have some humility. At the very least you should provide the EVIDENCE that my doubt is not well-founded this time, or YOU will continue to look like a dreamer at best or snake oil salesman at worst. Especially since a number of shareholders have posted they too think this could be Nokia.
