My thoughts are similar but there is still a need to vote and win acceptance of a buyout price which the board would make a recommendation on and likely give reasons for or against. Also, if I understand correctly, it takes more than just a simple majority of shares voting against to override a board recommendation. So it seems to me that the company is still pretty well controlled by Linda and the board of directors even with Advent rolled in. I agree with you that all the recent moves are likely for some changes that will happen with good news. Best wishes.
