David Solomon, Mr Dimon’s opposite number at Goldman Sachs, talks of “investor exuberance”; Jane Fraser, Citigroup’s boss, of “valuation frothiness”. The Bank of England recently cautioned that “the risk of a sharp market correction has increased.”
