As I had said I reached out to them on their social media platforms and last night I received a reply on LinkedIn. Its encourage to both hear back as well as to what they said...here is their reply back to my question. I had asked about the auditor as well as the 15c2-11 and the lack of updates on the XOALA acquisition. There is no direct answer to those questions as you will know that would be giving me privileged information...but the reply is good enough for now... lets see how long the wait period they mention actually takes.
