If Blarcamesine is rejected, the share price will drop below $1, but if it's approved, I will not sell my shares for less than $100. The reason why it will be rejected will of course be the statistical non-significance of ADCS-ADL (p>0.05). In case of rejection, Anavex probably will have to do another phase 3 trial, but this time Blarcamesine will be administered earlier and longer than in the ANAVEX2-73-AD-004 trial. So even if they are rejected, I will not sell my shares and wait for another trial. They did the same with lecanemab and donanemab, which were initially rejected, but then re-examined or re-trialled and approved by EMA.
