In order for the vote to be positive and since retail owns almost all there must be good news because retail won’t authorize under a bad news. Why?; ). Because retail won’t cut their own throats without seeing more funding coming in from loans made by management and directors to put a lot more skin in the game OR good news drives the share price considerably higher and many fewer shares can be sold for the expansion needed for ramp up. Ok, so retail is in control of their own future and is waiting on the good news you expect since you don’t expect Linda and directors to loan anything more to the company since they would have done this already if needing to.
