I have been consistent about the number and size of the trials being a correctable problem that Anavex simply refuses to fix (so far.) And that they need to stop wasting time in general and run P3 trials, including the confirmatory P3.
Right now, Jesse's being pretty well informed by insiders and then posting here that the application is now a CMA application instead of the full MA application that Missling told us about last December, really ticks me off. Saying the process is going really well...but not telling us that it is now a CMA process instead of the full MA process is wrong. It is material.
Now, maybe it still is full MA...I don't know. But if Jesse has been told it is a CMA application then it probably is.
It still should get the stock to $15-$20 but a full MA gets the stock to $40+ and well beyond. So this is a big deal.
