You would think eh? They could have filed the increase without the rs, and deferred that for a later filing as well, bwdik. Brought it in at just the right time to stump the breakout. Hence my change in posture. That's a free for nothing fwiw. Still riding the free shares so I'm good regardless of whatever else happens. Just don't care for whatever amount of shares they roll in here, especially at these levels.
