But here's the way it usually works: the state or city in question has problems its own law enforcement is unable to handle. And so it--usually the governor and the mayor of the city--ASK for help. Portland and Chicago have made it abundantly clear that they DO NOT NEED OR WANT MILITARY IN THE STREETS.

Why is that? It's because the "emergency" Trump cites--"Portland/Chicago is burning!! It's a war zone!!" is just another of his endless lies. He's doing what he always does: creating a crisis that he will then "resolve" and expect credit for doing so.

He is utterly contemptible. While this is not treason by there way our country defines it, I'd say it IS sedition.
