This so-called company needs hundreds of millions of dollars to achieve even their simplest goals of beginning DLE extraction. I don't believe that David has 'over $1.5m' in this business. Any money that David has put into this company is derived from diluting shareholders and paying himself.

$1.5m will not purchase the equipment, facilities, engineers, IT people, project managers, laborers, corporate staff, insurance, various operating expenses like electricity and gas - the list goes on.
