There's no money, David has over $1.5M in this mining business trying keep it afloat. To the simple minded individuals, it looks as if he's paying himself, thus trying get on the American Exchange. ABM owns the mining rights, either uplist, receive a grant/loan, buyout or everyone including insiders lose everything.
