It is unclear exactly what "Advent" will be when bought back. It clearly includes the physical assets at Sawston. I am fairly sure it does not include the people as that would be illegal even in the UK.

But what about that other facility, contracts and cash?

Even if NWBO gets it all, LP pocketed over $10M by letting NWBO build her CDMO so she could sell it back. What we do not know is what she might have split off of Advent prior to the deal. So could well have picked up more like $20M.

Also, the UK bio meltdown might make CDMOs less valuable. By a lot. So maybe cash out for chump change?

This mess went from awful to just a modestly bad deal for NWBO. So that is a huge win. But nothing to bless LP for as some longs are doing.
