Advent as a shell may be worth only that but if Sawston (NWBO) gets all Advent staff, customers, and equipment, then it should be worth minimum a couple of hundred million. The real question is if that’s already factored into NWBO’s market cap? If it is and the deal goes south prepare for a rug pull.
