KevGee, payment begins 90 days from the merger announcement irrespective of whether we get the approval or not; but ‘accelerated’ after the approval … it means if the approval comes within those 90 days, the payment is accelerated. Interesting signals indeed!
I like the language’after the approval’ the most. I heard Sawston is already back to back back ordered hahaha. So, accelerated payment way before ‘ 2 years’ is a done deal…piece of cake…of course, after the approval.
