This line actually scares me.

“ The consideration for the acquisition will be paid in installments over two years, beginning 90 days after the acquisition agreement, with potential acceleration after regulatory approval of the Company’s DCVax®-L product. ”

It definitely depends on how someone reads this statement from the PR...without saying IMO.

The "potential acceleration" could mean what you fear.

It also could mean that the "potential acceleration" could be the 'whole statement' of: "...will be paid in installments over two years, beginning 90 days after the acquisition agreement."

Which 'could' mean that if approval comes, payments will be accelerated...period.

But who knows...
