I could be way off base froggmister but what I was think is that the MHRA requires validation of manufacturing processes as a prerequisite for granting a product license. This is part of its comprehensive Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, which ensure products are consistently produced to a high quality, safe, and effective standard before they can be released to market. With NWBO in full control it might be easier to demonstrate this and also make it easier at some point to switch over to flaskworks. I was thinking that NWBO may have shared their plan to acquire Advent with the MHRA so they may have been waiting for it to complete . . . but again I may be way off base
