Great drill holes, no question. But these are only 6 of the 616 holes drilled into the Colosseum deposits.
Even with these holes incorporated into Dateline's most recent resource estimate (June6/24) the average grade of the whole shebang is still only 1.26 g/t Au. Lowish grade. Have a look at the 3D block model on p.7 of their resource update report (link below). See the small red dot? That's their high-grade. The vast majority of the block model is blue & green - low grade.

And these widths (thicknesses) in the drill intercepts you're quoting are drill lengths, not 'thicknesses' of the mineralization. Depends on the angle of your drill holes relative to the plane of the mineralization, no? Basic trigonometry Chen...

Now grade is relative of course. A huge deposit like Agnico's Detour Lake has an average total resource grade of only ~ 0.74 g/t. But their total resource is 22 Moz, and they're producing ~ 700 Koz/yr at a cheap AISC of ~ $800/oz. Economies of scale, Chen!

What was Dateline projecting in their latest PEA? 71 Koz per year for ~ 8 years for a total production of 635 Koz. That's it that's all. Lowish grade, AND small. And the BFS is unlikely to make it any larger/better, just provide a more accurate economic assessment of the project.
