The company almost mocks the people who traded this stock with the May 27th "buyback has started today!" tweet. 😆 What we now know is that they instead started selling that reg A offering in earnest beginning with 50 million shares on May 27th, 150 million on May 28th, and so on. I told you people in May that the share buy back was a promotional con to sell shares and that is exactly what it is. This company is cash flow negative. Cash flow negative company's sell shares, they do not buy them back.

Their promotional rhetoric can't hide from the filing friendo. 😆 See line item for net cash used for operating activities of negative $5.1 million. Proceeds from working capital financing of $7.2 million. Net loss for the quarter was nearly $2 million. The company isn't even promoting those revenue numbers after the filing. What a con job. 😃 They have been promoting revenue since they took control last October to convert billions of shares. They have been converting the old Raadr debt deep in the trips and now they promote a share buy back while also having a qualified $1.5 million reg A offering priced at $0.001. Those are free trading shares and they aren't alone. More than $1.2 million in convertibles available priced at a 25% discount to market. I bet you aren't a buyer anymore. 🤭

I like the choice of words by the CFO in the press release "...and that all funds used in the buyback will be derived from operations." Derived will be borrowing because we know the business is seriously cash flow negative from the Q1 filing. The cost of selling shares, which really is their business. They need to take care of those lenders converting because they need them. You trading this stock are simply transient gamblers and new marks come along every day. 😆 "...At the current valuation, we believe our own common stock offers such returns,” The CFO believes this is a good buying opportunity for the company and at the same time they have a $1.5 million regulation A offering priced at $0.001 qualified in April. 🤔 What returns could the company realize by buying back the stock? 🤔 This all makes sense to you, right? 🤭
