Was told perhaps RDAR / Telvantis perhaps had not updated the T/A. Told them that the T/A was the one who should know where all the shares were yet perhaps if true that might explain the weekly Share Structure Updates & the Wednesdays that were missed followed by increases...although that does sound a bit like the T/A perhaps aiding the company's (deception as there really is no other logical reason for said)
