Kiwi -solicitor -tried to assist Marjac a little in his noble litigation -my view is the litigation is unlikely to assist over the next couple of years - if at all -the SG will support Hikma in SC but SC will not take case The trial will then take long time to resolve - Hikma may settle by withdrawing from market /possibility/rather than risk trial and damages although if they go to trial and loose the damages won’t be paid for years (if ever) via appeal route Amarin appear to be restoring USA market volume by under cutting cost of generics The new formulae will be the best catalyst for USA market but insurance payment may still be issue - other applications as you emphasise could be dynamic catalyst -but how long before ?? Europe could uptick sales with new arrangement So Amarin not bought out - there are positives which may lead to slow increase of SP over time BO only real hope of any release -but can’t see it being a big bucks affair Can’t see it being in less than two years - if ever Would love to get out but will have to stay in a while and see Good luck to you - Clapham /London not my cup of English tea visit capital rarely nowadays way to busy for me!!
