BigBadWolf wants the board to believe that a “retired MBA/CPA” doesn’t understand how an OTC buyback works? That an unchanged share structure somehow disproves it? That’s not just wrong, it’s humiliating. A company can accumulate shares in a corporate brokerage account for months without triggering a single update to the public share structure. Nothing gets reported until either the shares are retired or the ownership crosses the 5% threshold and forces a filing. That’s not a theory, that’s how the system works. For someone so eager to flash credentials, you'd think he'd know that. Then he pulls out a time & sales screenshot as if that somehow proves dilution, the day before the share structure came in unchanged. You can’t just watch volume and scream dilution. Not here. Not on the OTC. Volume comes from churn, algorithms, stop-loss triggers, MM resets, but you wouldn’t know that if you’re busy convincing the board you’re the authority. So let’s be clear: if you’re going to claim credibility and try to shape sentiment with your background, then you better come correct. Because some of us actually read filings, understand corporate mechanics, and know exactly when to call your bluff.
Being smug and right is one thing, annoying, sure, but at least you’ve earned it. But being smug and wrong? That’s when it gets embarrassing.
