Tesla should be 100% at fault for its tech is prone to glitching!
Looks like Tesla is on the hook for $242.5m of that $329m ruling.

The plaintiffs’ attorneys told CNBC on Friday that because punitive damages were only assessed against Tesla, they expect the automaker to pay the full $200 million, bringing total payments to around $242.5 million.

Around 1:41 a.m., a white Tesla traveling south on River Road, north of Chualar River Road, was being driven by an unidentified driver.

For an unknown reason, the vehicle veered off the road and crashed into a tree. The vehicle then caught fire.

This could be yet another lawsuit for Tesla in the future. Now that a judge has finally ruled again Tesla we should see more lawsuits where Tesla is found to be at fault...for at least a part of the problem. To bad they didnt reference Dr Belt's NHTSA petition indicating that you cannot trust Teslas data; that the data recorder can record incorrect information due to a glitch. Then maybe they would have found Tesla completely at fault as it should be!
