No it's not possible! The case is about an insider selling his restricted shares. CCC did not sell restricted shares. Only a fool could think they would be part of the case. The case is about a year old. Wouldn't that have happened by now if it was going to? These are questions a reasonable person would ask themselves before making such a fool of themselves!

This has been held up for months due to the fact that all members of CCC, quite consistently avoid emails, texts and phone calls from our attorney(s).

No actual lawsuit is held up for months because they are "avoiding emails texts and phone calls". Lawsuits are served in person, and any decent law firm would hire a professional or go through a Sheriff to have the person served. Somehow you think the rest of us don't know this? lol

So now, that all professional and legal courtesy times to avoid court have expired

Shall I go back and find your post from September of last year you said they were out of time then because they didn't accept your stupid letter in the mail, and so the lawsuit was being filed then?
