Quick update, since I'm getting a lot of emails here and directly. CCC has dodged all legal attempts to address the case matter out of court. All 3 members avoiding attorney calls, emails and text attempts. Not just by our group, but by another group also forming a lawsuit against them. The other group plotting their case, thinks their only action will probably be a Class action lawsuit, and allegedly, has over 6 figures already invested into their legal action. Yes, we know who they are.
Our group has notified the SEC of our case and intent. The SEC has taken down all names of the principal plaintiffs as damaged parties to their SEC action against Harry Zhabilov too. The attorneys are staying in tight contact with the lead counsel in the Zhabilov case. There are some legal points of discovery that will determine how this will run.
The SEC case does not name CCC. This is a flux point in litigating against CCC. It is also possible CCC will be dragged into the Zhabilov case, kicking and screaming all the way.
Our groups case is sending the SEC the names and contact points for everyone that signed up at our website, which is quite the large list, even culling out the fake signups of which there were several. Our case matter is still a direct business-fraud case against CCC, and the matter is being escalated now. This has been held up for months due to the fact that all members of CCC, quite consistently avoid emails, texts and phone calls from our attorney(s). So now, that all professional and legal courtesy times to avoid court have expired, the next moves are being plotted by the lawyers.
From what we've heard back, this other group has met with the same situation. Our group has 12 members, theirs has 14.
That's all I have for now, and since Class Actions, if it comes to that, and it might, sometimes only send out a bulk-mail index card to fill out to become a massive group plaintiff, we're sending in the website list voluntarily, for confirmation in the Zhabilov vs SEC case. They will follow up on any email and physical mailing addresses we have to provide them. Just FYI.
