VGTel, Inc. (OTC:VGTL) Provides Update on Government Correspondence and Announces Continued Forward Movement with New Leadership
Press Release
OTC Disclosure & News Service | 07/24/2025
Lander, Wyoming – VGTel, Inc. (OTC: VGTL), a publicly traded company advancing real-time atmospheric monitoring and deep-space observation technologies, today issues a public update regarding its previous outreach to multiple U.S. federal agencies.
On February 20, 2025, VGTel filed an 8-K with five supporting exhibits outlining submissions made to key federal agencies. The filings included:
Exhibit 99.1 – FAA Submission
Exhibit 99.2 – FCC Submission
Exhibit 99.3 – NOAA Submission
Exhibit 99.4 – DoD Submission
Exhibit 99.5 – National Security Submission
Each agency also received a physical letter outlining VGTel’s plans for responsible space observation, atmospheric data collection, and UAP/UFO monitoring as part of the company’s “Beyond Earth Initiative”. It is important to formally notify the government, as VGTel's optical capabilities include real-time observation and tracking of all satellites and orbital activity, regardless of origin, whether U.S. or foreign. This level of transparency ensures that our efforts align with national interests and public safety. With the rapid expansion and increased security role of the U.S. Space Force, and heightened activity from international space agencies and commercial actors, it is clear that a new space race has begun. In this pivotal era, VGTel is committed to education, open disclosure, and making the cosmos accessible to all. Our mission is to bring the universe to the world, responsibly, securely, and collaboratively.
While VGTel acknowledges that these departments may currently be focused on urgent national and global matters, including disaster response, geopolitical conflict, and domestic priorities,
The company remains committed to ethical conduct and regulatory compliance as it advances.
“We have taken every step to notify the appropriate government agencies of our intentions and are keeping the door open for collaboration,” said Ken Williams, CEO of VGTel. “But we must also move forward. The science cannot wait, and neither can our commitment to public safety, education, and discovery.”
Kendrick Williams Appointed Government Liaison and Aerospace Director
To strengthen its federal engagement and ensure responsible progress, VGTel is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Kendrick Williams as Government Liaison, Aerospace Lead, and Director.
Kendrick is a dynamic leader with a unique blend of military, academic, and maritime expertise. He brings discipline, innovation, and public service at the core of his approach. His career includes:
Studying Unmanned Aerial Systems at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
? U.S. Army veteran who served with the elite Airborne Division at Fort Bragg.
Pursuing the U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s License for maritime navigation and safety.
Kendrick will oversee government coordination, ensure compliance with aerospace regulations, and guide the company’s efforts in building a global monitoring platform for both Earth and space domains.
VGTel’s Commitment: Transparency, Safety, and Scientific Integrity
“Even without direct responses from federal agencies at this time, we continue to operate with full integrity and welcome oversight,” said Kendrick Williams. “VGTel will act responsibly, transparently, and with the goal of contributing to both national interests and global scientific advancement.”
The company is proceeding with the build-out of its infrastructure and citizen-science platform, including the launch of a mobile application, blockchain-verified sky data, and most important, a dedicated educational portal for K–12 and university-level astronomy.
