Lander, Wyoming – VGTel, Inc. (OTC: VGTL), a publicly traded company advancing real-time atmospheric monitoring and deep-space observation technologies, today issues a public update regarding its previous outreach to multiple U.S. federal agencies.

On February 20, 2025, VGTel filed an 8-K with five supporting exhibits outlining submissions made to key federal agencies. The filings included:

Each agency also received a physical letter outlining VGTel’s plans for responsible space observation, atmospheric data collection, and UAP/UFO monitoring as part of the company’s “Beyond Earth Initiative”. It is important to formally notify the government, as VGTel's optical capabilities include real-time observation and tracking of all satellites and orbital activity, regardless of origin, whether U.S. or foreign. Kendrick is a dynamic leader with a unique blend of military, academic, and maritime expertise. He brings discipline, innovation, and public service at the core of his approach. His career includes:



Studying Unmanned Aerial Systems at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University

? U.S. Army veteran who served with the elite Airborne Division at Fort Bragg.

Pursuing the U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s License for maritime navigation and safety.



Kendrick will oversee government coordination, ensure compliance with aerospace regulations, and guide the company’s efforts in building a global monitoring platform for both Earth and space domains.
