2 years (annuals) for Limited Tier. Needs to be up to the last previous filing period. OTC is vetting right now. Once granted, they need the minimum of 2 annuals unaudited to OTCIQ. It's starting fresh. Needs attorney sign-off or Management Certification to be fully Pink Alt Compliant. I'm sure they have everything ready
