Yeah, probably. I read somewhere that four people were actually named and she wasn't one of them so that made the ruling a little more specific.

I'm just trying to learn on my own and not from some chat bot. That's why I like to bounce some of this stuff off of you folks. I got shot down twice today and I can accept that.

The DOJ has had 3 months to chime in and didn't. Could it just be grandstanding? Probably, but anything this current administration does is transactional.
