Ahhhh, that makes it clear. Maxwell's trying to get the Supremes to agree to hear the case because "different courts across the country have come to different conclusions about the scope of non-prosecution agreements and that the Supreme Court should review the issue."

I wonder if that'll be considered important enough. After all, I don't believe Ghislaine was given one of those Florida non-prosecution agreements, so it's not a question of whether a Florida state agreement should be considered valid in federal court in New York.

I think Ghislaine is grasping for straws.
