I can 100% assure you the email is real. The MHRA does not reply with surnames, just the first name of the person replying to the inquiry. I cannot comment on the Sunday issue, but it’s a real email. I seen the whole thread complete with timestamp and other emails in the chain. This was one email out of 4: 2 questions and two reply’s. The first email was by the person sent over 1.5 months ago and was followed up by a reply from Angel, who works for the MHRA about 10 days later, a follow up email was then send about 1.5 weeks after that, then the response by the MHRA this morning. But believe what you want. All emails I seen had the same case number as well
