I really doubt salaries at the FDA are what is driving up US drug prices.

What I find ironic is all the billions in bills that get signed to accelerate funding for cancer, Alzheimer’s, etc and here we are with no efficacious approved drug. Like you said, the salaries have nothing to do with it and you can have all the initiatives, bills signed into law, and politicians gums flapping, it aint gonna work! The system is “clogged” by design. Its like bends in a road added or stop lights added to slow down consumers to get them to spend money.

Make straight the path by “raising the valleys and lowering the hills” and dont let greedy political influencers, who after being CEO’s of pharma cycle in and out of high level FDA, NIH, CDC gov jobs.

Dr. Missling has done a wonderful job designing shoestring budget trials, with minimal mistakes, getting the highest hairsplitting data out that money can buy. Time for the gov to get the f out of the way!
