If it is approved for GBM , how many surgeries do you think a county hospital does in a year . You probably have no experience in Clinical side and Investments. County hospitals can barely keep up with community needs ( try making an appointment with neurosurgery department and see how long the wait is ) , and you think they will allocate resources and go through all the trouble for handful of patients .And market very obviously doesn't believe in any of your wild and unfounded fantasies .
