GD11 there are many reasons stocks are put on the Pink Sheets. 99% of them are reasons that I would not want to buy a stock that is there. Fortunately, the reason, and only reason this company is there is because the former CEO rarely, if ever had his quarterly fiduciary responsibly reports done on time for a publicly traded stock.

After quarter after quarter, and year after year, even with extensions never met, that’s what happened. I have multiple friends and associates who have been “educated“ about the properties of the Insultex house-wrap, and the evacuated cells technological properties in energy savings, that wanted to buy the stock, but their firms like Wells Fargo will not let them trade it.

CEO Joseph Junior is on top of it as we just saw with Q2 on time! It won’t be long till we’re back on the regularly traded board, and with proper publicity to those that really can make a difference in terms of new shareholders, the share price should be easily worth one or two dollars, and that’s just the start.
