Main reason for lack of movement is pink sheet listing coupled with warning sign left over from expert market.

When the uplisting happens and the warning is removed, all the people who want to buy will now be able to.

Pair that with a full complement of MMs and the stock should break thru multiyear high at 40 cents.

Pretty much blue sky after that, it's been so long I can't give you a reasoned technical analysis
