Searay this once again is the proverbial - - - if a tree falls in the forest and nobody hears – – –

Under the guise of a new CEO, everything is trending upwards in a major significant way;
Sales Profitability, additional companies that can finalize our material, etc. etc,

To your point any company properly promoted in a professional way needed for the financial world, would have the stock at least at $1.50 and that is probably conservative. The PR‘s obviously are not going to where it would have the greatest impact, additionally in trade industry specific sites. Whatever is going on now this is as meaningless as the people that daily copy and paste, old news and “like” each other‘s comments, as if they’re all working for the same company. Nothing shows that you are not just an interested shareholder, as liking your own comments two times every time you post. There must be some incentive financially for that embarrassing behavior.

Obviously, nobody follows this site other than people that already own the stock. Watching CNBC, as I am typing this and see commercial after commercial promoting new startup companies that nobody knows about, and you see within the short time the stocks are exploding higher.

The current IVDN stock status does not make sense. For a company to be ever in it’s best business financial position and not trading much higher than where it presently is does not add up, the extreme precaution taking place here is too strong for a company breaking all barriers going forward. All indications point to IVDN at sometime exploding much higher. JMOO. I am not saying to buy, hold, or sell IVDN or any other investment. Everyone must do their own research to come up with their own decisions.

Looks like this is the same person who got excited when less than enough money was spent buying stock the other day than to buy a good TV, announced that it was a tremendous increase in sales when it was merely around only $9000. Hopefully if they’re getting paid a person gets their money back because you could see with two unbelievable quarters of sales. the stock price is not even worth half of a small candy bar.

Searay, both former CEO Joseph Riccelli, Sr. and his son, the current CEO, have the same name. Sometimes the current CEO lists his name as Joseph A. Riccelli or Joseph Riccelli, Jr and sometimes not. The father does not always use Sr. as part of his name either. It means nothing, of course. Any new changes in management would be covered in official company filings as we have seen previously. No such filings have bee made in 2025. Any good investor would know this.

pitcook, it looks like the older Riccelli is back, in the contact on 4/07/2025, it states messages coming from Riccelli Jr. but at the end it states Contact Name Joseph Reccelli CEO, no Jr. implied there, another guesswork in process for the readers. As long as we see, going forward, the continuing increase in revenues coming in and things being expedited quickly as possible, plus see the trading of this stock trade keep trading a little more each day, we will be in good shape. Yes railroadman, we should certainly give credit to all IVDN management for all the accomplishments that have brought the company to its best position ever in 2025 and looking for much more to come. Per the latest news and filings, IVDN has now turned the corner to profitability on record setting sales which continue to grow. All legal issues have been resolved in the company's favor and we have an outstanding sales agent in Built Link Solutions which is bringing in so much new business for Insultex House Wrap that the company is currently making moves to add new production capacity in multiple locations. Good looking close to the week for IVDN at its 52 high of .40 again. This buying and building bid support is in response to all the strongly positive news that the company has been issuing lately which everyone should be sure to review. It is especially nice to see IVDN gaining ground while the general markets and many other stocks including Nasdaq issues are slumping do to the current political climate. Although the IVDN news is really only known by the esoteric few of us that actually own/follow the stock, it makes me wonder why knowing all the great things the new CEO is getting done, why would anyone be dunping shares??? It's not the Year End need to have tax loss against profits, so unless desperate for cash, why sell for anything less than a buck?

Mr. S.P. you are right, but the thing about this company is that they literally have a Monopoly Disruptive Technology material, (that obviously means that nobody else has what we do).

What makes this even more dramatic is that it can be used in multiple MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR Industries. It not only could be used in these industries, if/when properly informed, it should be used, and they would all be standing in line to buy/license this amazing INSULTEX!

It should not only be used for a house-wrap, that also provides an R-6 Value, that with the new Continuous Insulation Govt. Codes that will take 30% of business away from Pink Panther, and other Insulation companies, with an average R-30 new construction requirements, but used in many other industries.

Our material in a light sweatshirt makes it warmer than a down coat. How many fashion companies would love to design sleeker trendier clothes, just using our material?

As a picture on their website shows, when used in the roofing industry, when there was a Northern snowstorm, all the homes not using our material on their roofs had no snow on it. The home with a new room addition used it not only on the walls, but also on the roof, which has 3- 4 inches of non-melted snow on it. Think how many Billions of energy dollar costs it would save with millions of new and remodeled homes? We would help save the Planet. The world is looking for Climate Saving materials.

In the Camping industry, using our material would make the warmest sleeping bags, that would only weigh a small percentage of current ones. Same with Tents, Socks, etc., etc, Use your own imagination to add more clothing items. How about Blankets?

Once the new CEO gets our material officially certified for New Home Builders, there are $Billions waiting, once their Inspectors see the quantitative proof. Just in this Industry the savings are Astronomical. The Home Builder saves a fortune needing 30% less Insulation, less lumber for the other major cost not needed or Insulation (Zip) boards. Any Architect/Builder not using our Insultex House-wrap is doing CONSTRUCTION MALPRACTICE.

All of this, when I was properly informed from a local stock broker, had me investing substantial amount of money. I went ALL IN when he told me that when a competitor that was losing display space at Home Depot, called out their lobbying dogs to get the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION to erroneously charge the company with false claims of R-Value, and IVDN won the case!!!

Historically nobody beats the Federal Government in a court of law, let alone a relatively small company. I thought the stock would explode since it got hit ater the lawsuit tried to put them out of business. As they say it is what it is, and the price is still way too low, but the new CEO Mr. Ricelli Jr. is doingg all of the right things to get us where it should be, multiple dollars per share.

Again, the very few of us that know about this Golden errrrr Diamond Goose, are lucky to buy shares still this cheap, but as you stated we---Need a robust marketing campaign both for the product as well as for the company/stock. When are actually robustly marketed, and the finanial world learn about the INSULTEX properties, the sky is the limit.
