If there was actual illegal spoofing going on then go them, like I’ve said here before. But I said nothing about illegal shorting because there’s no reason a legitimate short seller couldn’t have made a fortune on this stock given its history…

I’d be asking what’s Citadel’s criteria for risking spoofing a small biotech, especially one with two ex government lawyers and a retired ranking CIA officer? Why would anyone risk that?
