Has anyone done any research into Lilac Solutions?

Could it be that this company will be merged into FUNR to go public?

It was mentioned in 2021 briefly.

I never heard of the term Ionic liquids which the company has mentioned in passing in regards to the possible merger... so I did a bit of research and found the following:
