Not only that. They made this way more complicated by issuing a ton of restricted shares, naively thinking that wouldn’t cause a problem. They were wrong. Every single restricted share must now be canceled and that is a huge headache.

Deano: I cannot tell you one or the other. what i can say from what my buddy told me was when asked how he felt in overseeing a company to its death the statement my friend got back was that he is at peace with it. if i had to guess basically he knows he is running a shell company that is not ever going to go anyplace. they have no money to partner with anyone. So what can they put in a shell with no money the answer is nothing. Think about it....the only thing they can offer is to back a co into their shell....why would anyone do this.....they have no idea what to do with a company so they aren't going to fix a broken company....any any company that needs a shell can easily go find one that has either that has money or has leadership....

FUNR has neither. anyone holding stock is essentially beat is what it sounds like to me.
