In my experience New Yorkers are direct, unapologetically honest, rushed, proud, and well wishing. They say F a lot, but it's common language, not anger. Some of the nicest people I've met worked in the New York office. They liked me because I did what I said I would do. When I visited the office, I was over fed at every meal. Good memories.
