…has SS changed since April 9th? Just looking in here…they were very clear all along that they inherited a mess of debt and toxic funding and billions of shares that were gonna be dumped …. but didnt they say in the April 1st PR that this phase was over and onto growth and Phase 2?

Werent they very clear in this April 1st PR that they inherited a toxic shell…but that it was done now and the last shareholder of toxic loans from old mgt was converted the lastof these shares, with deals made w other debt?

…i say this cause the SS that you just posted, and thanks for this….shows the April 9th SS exactly the same as Apeil 23rd SS on OTC.

So arent these the times to consider buying penny stocks that are just getting HOT, social media buzz, w big future catalysts like next weeks NYSE Wall Street interview?

Isnt it the time to consider buying a penny stock when its proven via screenshots that the SS hasnt changed in a few weeks….dont we buy at the diluted bottom when we see thatthey are done and they told us they are?

Isnt this how most all the great penny stock runs begin ? In Trip Z….at the diluted bottom….no more dilution to hurt it…..huge volume so hundreds and even thousands can participate and trade and SS big enough so whales can come and go w big blocks?

Isnt this just a rather Obvious possible beggining to a penny stock bull run ….?

Im buying …not complaining. IF they dilute again …as w other tickers im clear about….im out.

But the revs alone just posted of $32 mil for JUST Feb and March ‘dis year, 2025…..tells me their business is picking up again…rapidly…..

But isnt JUST the revs from these two months, equal to .005 pps today? 7 bil OS times .005 is $35mil?

So then is t this an easier buy and hold down here, especially w biz rapidly growing, dilution donw and big NYSE interview coming, w annual report and w possible other news ofhow they did all this biz in Feb and March and more to come?
