It is amazing how this company can walk the price up when they need to. I have suspected that they promote heavily internationally. I say flip it if you can because the underlying facts aren't going away. They aren't selling that reg A or the more than $2.4 in other convertibles with more than 6.7 billion shares outstanding with what is clearly a failed business model.

Their routine is to walk it up, get the bid builds, then dump it down a couple of ticks. Pay attention to the growing disparity between what is held at the DTC and what is listed as unrestricted. There could be a lot of shares yet to get into the hands of retail brokers. These Mexedia managers are using someone who knows how to get the shares into the market. Their six month total added to the float is 3,618,632,653 shares since October

According to the press release to Mexedia's shareholders their annual is to be released after hours on Monday April 28th. We will get a better picture of the cash burn thus the need to get that regulation A in position to convert.
