North, My cost is $135. for a 100 day script. To my surprise, CVS Caremark PBM lady informed me of the extra 10 days I can get for the same price as the 90 day supply. My ins. is Clover Health, part D is CVS Caremark. Hope this helps. The cost is all over the map when it comes to how they price V. Crazy
