I never said they couldn't use shares. But I do remember how many times it's been said here that DBMM has basically foregone the practice of using shares to pay for things. How they "haven't upped the share base significantly for YEARS"!

Well? Looks like they are starting down that path again.

It's all the same here. Year after year. Very little money seen from the business end of things, but sure a lot of money provided by loans since 2017 (in place of former share usage) and now - once again - by the use of shares.

DBMM is a legal scam. Plain and simple.
