Well, it certainly isn't any type of "DEAL" for the shareholders!

Now that is a deal to the benefit of DBMM!

The shareholders are paying for DBMM's DEBT! DBMM cannot make enough through their "acquisition" (Digital Clarity) even for day-to-day operations!. So, it continues to BORROW money from their "LTI's" EVERY QUARTER.

That money will HAVE to be PAID BACK at SOME point - just like the Convertible Debentures had to eventually be paid pack - CORRECT?

The CD's were paid back how???? WITH SHARES, on the backs of shareholders!

FACE IT POO! ALL the debt DBMM incurs will eventually be paid back the same way!

All the while, Reggie and Linda get paid - for operating a LOSING COMPANY! YEAR after YEAR!

And the shareholders pay for it through LIQUIDATION of SHARES!
