Where in the 10Q does it explain those terms ?

The shares , as obviously, mutually agreed, are to be issued in tranches . The first tranche issued is 40m, the 60m will be subsequently issued in additional tranches when agreed by by the parties.

Why doesn’t management address the huge naked short that is talked about on this board daily ? Does management believe a significant short position of any type exists ?
