Another point: Another poster, may have been Flipper, pointed out that in that thread AF is referring to document that doesn't exist. So, is he revealing a knowledge of DMC proceedings that he should not have or still playing up the false story of the DMC having issued a stop for futility? As those of us who were here know, that story became so prominent that the head of the DMC was forced to issue a denial that such a thing had happened. Of course there are those who believe that the DMC denial was a fake. So, by bringing it up, is AF indicating that he is privy to documents he should not have? And did he mess up by bringing it up as it is not germane to the case?
